Our support is always free via email in 14 business days for everyone. If you think you need more support from us, you can buy a monthly based subscription that give you access to premium assistance.

Our tier 2 and 3 are email only. If you subscribe to our Tier 4 you get a telephone number you can call 24/7 to get immediate assisstance from us.

Limits: 5 email tickets/month for every tier and 2 phone calls in Tier 4, max 60 minutes each.

Note that this covers only technical support for maintenance and issues but don’t give you access to customizations and consultancy.
